The Holdovers is a very solid watch. It balances entertainment and character work better than most films in this lane. I would revisit this one later.

The Holdovers was a rough watch for me. Very little in the film felt earned or memorable. Definitely not for me.

The Holdovers is decent overall but uneven. There is enough here to stay watchable, even if it never quite takes off. It lands somewhere in the middle for me.
