I had a great time with The Holdovers. It balances entertainment and character work better than most films in this lane. Glad I watched it.

I had a hard time getting through The Holdovers. Very little in the film felt earned or memorable. Not something I would ever rewatch.

The Holdovers kept me engaged for most of its runtime. There are a few familiar beats, but the execution is strong enough to carry it. Definitely worth recommending.

I liked parts of The Holdovers, even if it did not fully come together. A few scenes really work, but the pacing dips in the middle. I can see why some viewers would like it more than I did.
