The Holdovers kept me engaged for most of its runtime. There are a few familiar beats, but the execution is strong enough to carry it. A strong movie night pick.

The Holdovers worked for me in pieces more than as a whole. The premise is interesting, though the script could have been tighter. I can see why some viewers would like it more than I did.
