Tôkyô monogatari delivered from beginning to end. Every major scene felt purposeful and the ending really delivered. I would gladly watch this again.

Tôkyô monogatari is decent overall but uneven. A few scenes really work, but the pacing dips in the middle. I can see why some viewers would like it more than I did.
