Tôkyô monogatari delivered from beginning to end. Every major scene felt purposeful and the ending really delivered. One of the strongest titles I have watched in a long time.

Tôkyô monogatari kept me engaged for most of its runtime. It balances entertainment and character work better than most films in this lane. I would revisit this one later.
