The Dark Knight Rises delivered from beginning to end. Every major scene felt purposeful and the ending really delivered. Easy five stars from me.

The Dark Knight Rises kept me engaged for most of its runtime. There are a few familiar beats, but the execution is strong enough to carry it. Glad I watched it.

The Dark Knight Rises is decent overall but uneven. There is enough here to stay watchable, even if it never quite takes off. I can see why some viewers would like it more than I did.
