Up hooked me from the first scene. The direction, score, and performances all worked together beautifully. Easy five stars from me.

Really enjoyed Up. There are a few familiar beats, but the execution is strong enough to carry it. Glad I watched it.

Up starts with some promise but loses steam quickly. The film feels longer than it needs to because the script keeps circling the same beats. This one mostly missed for me.

I had a great time with Up. It balances entertainment and character work better than most films in this lane. A strong movie night pick.
