Modern Times is a very solid watch. There are a few familiar beats, but the execution is strong enough to carry it.

I liked parts of Modern Times, even if it did not fully come together. The performances are solid, but the emotional impact feels inconsistent. Not bad, just not especially memorable.

Modern Times is the kind of film that reminds me why I love movies. Every major scene felt purposeful and the ending really delivered. I would gladly watch this again.

There were a few decent ideas in Modern Times, but they did not add up. Some scenes look good, yet the story never builds enough momentum. This one mostly missed for me.
