Modern Times is the kind of film that reminds me why I love movies. Every major scene felt purposeful and the ending really delivered. Easy five stars from me.

Modern Times kept me engaged for most of its runtime. It balances entertainment and character work better than most films in this lane. I would revisit this one later.

Modern Times has some strong moments. The performances are solid, but the emotional impact feels inconsistent. Still an okay one-time watch.
