Modern Times delivered from beginning to end. The performances, pacing, and emotional payoff all landed perfectly. One of the strongest titles I have watched in a long time.

I had a great time with Modern Times. There are a few familiar beats, but the execution is strong enough to carry it. I would revisit this one later.

There were a few decent ideas in Modern Times, but they did not add up. The film feels longer than it needs to because the script keeps circling the same beats. There were not enough standout moments to save it.
