Modern Times delivered from beginning to end. The performances, pacing, and emotional payoff all landed perfectly. This one absolutely lived up to the hype.

Modern Times is decent overall but uneven. A few scenes really work, but the pacing dips in the middle. Not bad, just not especially memorable.

I wanted to like Modern Times more than I did. The pacing drags and the characters are hard to connect with. This one mostly missed for me.
