Saving Private Ryan is a very solid watch. There are a few familiar beats, but the execution is strong enough to carry it. Definitely worth recommending.

I liked parts of Saving Private Ryan, even if it did not fully come together. There is enough here to stay watchable, even if it never quite takes off. Still an okay one-time watch.
