Django Unchained hooked me from the first scene. Every major scene felt purposeful and the ending really delivered. One of the strongest titles I have watched in a long time.

I had a hard time getting through Django Unchained. Very little in the film felt earned or memorable.

Django Unchained is a very solid watch. There are a few familiar beats, but the execution is strong enough to carry it. A strong movie night pick.
