Alien is the kind of film that reminds me why I love movies. Every major scene felt purposeful and the ending really delivered. One of the strongest titles I have watched in a long time.

Really enjoyed Alien. There are a few familiar beats, but the execution is strong enough to carry it. A strong movie night pick.

Alien worked for me in pieces more than as a whole. The performances are solid, but the emotional impact feels inconsistent. It lands somewhere in the middle for me.
