Alien kept me engaged for most of its runtime. It balances entertainment and character work better than most films in this lane. A strong movie night pick.

Alien did not work on almost any level for me. The weak script and uneven pacing made it hard to stay invested. I would not recommend this one.

Alien kept me engaged for most of its runtime. There are a few familiar beats, but the execution is strong enough to carry it. I would revisit this one later.
