The Lion King has some strong moments. The performances are solid, but the emotional impact feels inconsistent. Still an okay one-time watch.

I liked parts of The Lion King, even if it did not fully come together. A few scenes really work, but the pacing dips in the middle. It lands somewhere in the middle for me.
