The Lion King hooked me from the first scene. Every major scene felt purposeful and the ending really delivered. I would gladly watch this again.

Really enjoyed The Lion King. It balances entertainment and character work better than most films in this lane. Glad I watched it.

The Lion King worked for me in pieces more than as a whole. The performances are solid, but the emotional impact feels inconsistent. I can see why some viewers would like it more than I did.

The Lion King never fully clicked for me. The film feels longer than it needs to because the script keeps circling the same beats. It did not leave much of an impression on me.
