Forrest Gump is a very solid watch. There are a few familiar beats, but the execution is strong enough to carry it. A strong movie night pick.

Forrest Gump starts with some promise but loses steam quickly. A few moments work, but the execution feels flat most of the time. This one mostly missed for me.
