I had a great time with 12 Angry Men. There are a few familiar beats, but the execution is strong enough to carry it. Glad I watched it.

12 Angry Men starts with some promise but loses steam quickly. A few moments work, but the execution feels flat most of the time. It did not leave much of an impression on me.

12 Angry Men is decent overall but uneven. A few scenes really work, but the pacing dips in the middle. I can see why some viewers would like it more than I did.
