Really enjoyed The Sound of Music. There are a few familiar beats, but the execution is strong enough to carry it. A strong movie night pick.

The Sound of Music worked for me in pieces more than as a whole. The performances are solid, but the emotional impact feels inconsistent. Not bad, just not especially memorable.
