The Terminator hooked me from the first scene. The story felt confident, focused, and rewarding the whole way through. One of the strongest titles I have watched in a long time.

The Terminator worked for me in pieces more than as a whole. A few scenes really work, but the pacing dips in the middle. I can see why some viewers would like it more than I did.

Really enjoyed The Terminator. There are a few familiar beats, but the execution is strong enough to carry it. A strong movie night pick.
