The Third Man hooked me from the first scene. The story felt confident, focused, and rewarding the whole way through. One of the strongest titles I have watched in a long time.

I wanted to like The Third Man more than I did. The film feels longer than it needs to because the script keeps circling the same beats. There were not enough standout moments to save it.

The Third Man is a very solid watch. There are a few familiar beats, but the execution is strong enough to carry it. I would revisit this one later.
