The Marvels is the kind of film that reminds me why I love movies. The story felt confident, focused, and rewarding the whole way through. Easy five stars from me.

The Marvels is a very solid watch. There are a few familiar beats, but the execution is strong enough to carry it. Glad I watched it.

Really enjoyed The Marvels. It balances entertainment and character work better than most films in this lane. I would revisit this one later.

The Marvels worked for me in pieces more than as a whole. The performances are solid, but the emotional impact feels inconsistent. Not bad, just not especially memorable.
