The Marvels is the kind of film that reminds me why I love movies. Every major scene felt purposeful and the ending really delivered. Easy five stars from me.

The Marvels has some strong moments. A few scenes really work, but the pacing dips in the middle. I can see why some viewers would like it more than I did.
