The Monkey is a very solid watch. There are a few familiar beats, but the execution is strong enough to carry it. Definitely worth recommending.

The Monkey is decent overall but uneven. The premise is interesting, though the script could have been tighter. I can see why some viewers would like it more than I did.

The Monkey worked for me in pieces more than as a whole. The premise is interesting, though the script could have been tighter. Not bad, just not especially memorable.
