I was completely pulled into Trainspotting right away. The story felt confident, focused, and rewarding the whole way through. One of the strongest titles I have watched in a long time.

Trainspotting is the kind of film that reminds me why I love movies. Every major scene felt purposeful and the ending really delivered. Easy five stars from me.

I wanted to like Trainspotting more than I did. A few moments work, but the execution feels flat most of the time. Probably not one I would revisit.
