Really enjoyed Citizen Kane. There are a few familiar beats, but the execution is strong enough to carry it. Glad I watched it.

There were a few decent ideas in Citizen Kane, but they did not add up. Some scenes look good, yet the story never builds enough momentum. It did not leave much of an impression on me.

Citizen Kane is decent overall but uneven. A few scenes really work, but the pacing dips in the middle. It lands somewhere in the middle for me.
