Once Upon a Time in America is the kind of film that reminds me why I love movies. Every major scene felt purposeful and the ending really delivered. This one absolutely lived up to the hype.

Once Upon a Time in America has some strong moments. There is enough here to stay watchable, even if it never quite takes off. Not bad, just not especially memorable.
